Activate QuillSpace Pro

Your license key is in the receipt email from Paddle. It looks like QS-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

On Windows

  1. Install or update QuillSpace

    Get QuillSpace from the Microsoft Store. Already have it? Update it there, so you have the License tab.

  2. Open Settings › License

    Click the gear at the bottom left of the sidebar, then the License tab.

  3. Paste your key

    Paste the key from your email and click Activate. Pro unlocks right away.

QuillSpace for Windows: clicking the gear at the bottom left opens Settings, and the License tab has a field for the license key and an Activate button.

Your key works on up to three PCs. Moving to a new PC? On the old one, open Settings › License and click Deactivate This PC first.

Received a Microsoft Store code instead of a license key? Redeem it at microsoft.com/redeem with your Microsoft account, then open QuillSpace: Pro unlocks by itself.

On Mac

  1. Download QuillSpace

    Download QuillSpace for Mac, open the file and drag QuillSpace to Applications. The Mac App Store version does not take license keys.

  2. Enter License Key

    Open QuillSpace and choose QuillSpace › Enter License Key… in the menu bar.

  3. Paste your key

    Paste the key from your email and click Activate. Pro unlocks right away.

Your key works on up to three Macs. Moving to a new Mac? On the old one, choose Settings › License › Deactivate This Mac first.

Need help?

I can't find my license key

Look for the receipt from Paddle, sent to the email address you used at checkout, and check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email [email protected] from that address and we will send it again.

It says my key is already active on three computers

Deactivate it on a computer you no longer use (Settings › License), then try again. If that computer is gone, email [email protected] and we will free its place.

It says this is a key for the other platform

QuillSpace for Windows and QuillSpace for Mac are separate purchases. A Windows key unlocks only the Windows app, and a Mac key only the Mac app.

How do I cancel a yearly plan?

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us and we will cancel it for you. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Lifetime licenses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Yearly plans are not refundable. See the refund policy.
