Refund Policy
QuillSpace is a book writing app for Windows and Mac, made by Nguyen Tam (A17Lab). How you get a refund depends on where you bought QuillSpace.
The short version
- Lifetime license bought on quillspace.app: if QuillSpace is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
- Yearly plan bought on quillspace.app (Windows or Mac): not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
- Bought in the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store: the store handles refunds under its own policy. We are happy to help you with the request.
- You can try QuillSpace free on Windows and on Mac before you buy anything.
Lifetime license bought on our website
The QuillSpace lifetime licenses for Windows and for Mac sold on quillspace.app are processed by Paddle, our online reseller. They come with a 14-day refund.
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you used at checkout, or your Paddle order number from the receipt.
- We refund the full amount through Paddle within 7 business days, and the license key stops working. The money goes back to the payment method you used; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Yearly plan bought on our website
The QuillSpace yearly plans for Windows and for Mac sold on quillspace.app are processed by Paddle and renew every year until you cancel. Yearly plans are not refundable.
You can cancel at any time with the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. You keep full access until the end of the year you paid for, and you are not charged again. Uninstalling QuillSpace does not cancel the plan, so cancel it as described here.
Microsoft Store purchases (Windows)
Plans bought inside QuillSpace for Windows or on the Microsoft Store are sold by Microsoft, so Microsoft decides on refunds. You can request one from your Microsoft account order history.
Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Services & subscriptions in your Microsoft account, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Mac App Store purchases (Mac)
Purchases made in the Mac App Store or inside the Mac App Store version of QuillSpace are sold by Apple, so Apple decides on refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Windows and Mac are separate purchases
QuillSpace for Windows and QuillSpace for Mac are separate apps, bought separately. A refund for one does not affect the other.
